La nostra peculiarit\u00e0 sta nel progettarli e realizzarli per ogni esigenze: forni per trattamenti termici per medie ed alte temperature.<\/p>\n

Forno del tipo a monoblocco o a pannelli a seconda delle esigenze del cliente, costituito da una robusta struttura portante in profilati d\u2019acciaio al carbonio o acciaio inox , a tamponamento interno ed esterno in lamiera zincata, coibentato con pannelli di lana di roccia di spessore complessivo pari a 100\/150\/200 mm a seconda delle temperature da raggiungere, studiato per garantire una ventilazione uniformemente distribuita in tutto il volume del forno.<\/p>\n

La distribuzione dell\u2019aria avviene tramite un plenum di soffiaggio costituito da un intercapedine dotata di apposite feritoie, attraverso le quali \u00e8 possibile controllare e regolare il flusso dell\u2019aria riscaldata in circolo.
\nE\u2019 posizionata in maniera verticale o orizzontale sul lato o sul tetto del forno a seconda delle Vs. necessit\u00e0.
\nApertura nella parte superiore del generatore per la ripresa dell\u2019aria nel forno.
\nApertura nella parte inferiore del generatore per l\u2019immissione dell\u2019aria nel forno.
\nGruppo per il rinnovo dell\u2019aria in ricircolo completo di serranda di regolazione e flangia di attacco camino. Ventilatori centrifughi di ricircolo aria in esecuzione speciale per alta temperatura, con ventolina di raffreddamento e direttamente collegati con motori elettrici trifase a 4 poli.
\nI motori elettrici sono di tipo speciale, dotati di ventolina di raffreddamento e cuscinetti maggiorati per alta temperatura.
\nLa struttura di supporto per le ventole \u00e8 costituita da uno sportello portante coibentato ed \u00e8 realizzata in modo da consentire una facile estrazione della ventola.
\nBruciatore con alimentazione a gas metano con funzionamento completamente automatico.
\nScambiatore di calore opportunatamente calcolato e dimensionato, costituito da una camera di combustione in acciaio inox Aisi 430 sp. 30\/10 e da un fascio tubiero a tre giri di fumo; esso \u00e8 inoltre chiuso da un lato da un piastrone asportabile sul quale sono ricavati i fori di fissaggio del bruciatore e lo spioncino di controllo. Tutto il gruppo \u00e8 studiato per una facile manutenzione e pulizia interna ed \u00e8 inoltre estraibile.
\nTermo regolatore elettronico con indicatore digitale scala 0-250\u00b0C.
\nL\u2019apparecchiatura \u00e8 contenuta in una custodia apposita e viene montata sul quadro elettrico di comando. Sonda per la rilevazione della temperatura all\u2019interno del forno.
\nVeli d\u2019aria posizionati sull\u2019entrata e sull\u2019uscita dei pezzi, atti a limitare al massimo la dispersione termica di aria calda verso l\u2019esterno del forno stesso.
\nEssi sono costituiti da una struttura coibentata nella quale vengono ricavati dei canali in lamiera zincata o acciaio inox AISI 304\/316 tutto dipende dalla tipologia del materiale da trattare, che aspirano l\u2019aria calda che tende ad uscire verso l\u2019esterno e la reimmettono all\u2019interno del forno mediante il soffiaggio attraverso lame d\u2019aria regolabili.
