Rampe, collettori porta rampe e tubazioni di collegamento in acciaio INOX AISI 316.<br \/>\nN.2 ventilatori centrifughi per l\u2019aspirazione delle fumane derivate dai trattamenti a caldo (posizionati uno in entrata e uno in uscita tunnel), direttamente accoppiati a motori elettrici trifase a 4 poli.<br \/>\nTubazioni di collegamento tra il tunnel e il ventilatore costruite con lamiera inox saldata a flange in profilati inox.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il trattamento potr\u00e0 essere composto da  vari stadi di trattamento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fosfatazione<\/li>\n<li>Doppio risciacquo<\/li>\n<li>Risciacquo con acqua demineralizzata<\/li>\n<li>fase nano tecnologica<\/li>\n<li>risciacquo finale con acqua demineralizzata<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vasca di contenimento del prodotto di trattamento in lamiera INOX AISI 316 sp. 25\/10 saldata rinforzata con profilati, coibentata con pannelli di lana di roccia di spessore complessivo pari a 50 mm. Il fondo della vasca \u00e8 opportunamente sagomato per facilitare lo scarico delle acque.<br \/>\nN.1 pompa centrifuga di ricircolo ad asse orizzontale in AISI 316 direttamente accoppiata a motore elettrico trifase a 4\/2 poli.<br \/>\nSaracinesca di intercettazione e regolazione pressione.<br \/>\nManometro di controllo della pressione di esercizio.<br \/>\nTubazioni di collegamento tra la pompa ed il collettore porta rampe in  acciaio INOX AISI 316.<br \/>\nCollettore porta rampe in acciaio INOX AISI 316.<br \/>\nRampe in acciaio INOX AISI 316 con attacco a innesco rapido in PVC (per evitare azioni corrosive da parte dei liquidi di trattamento) facilmente rimovibili per le eventuali operazioni di manutenzione.<br \/>\nUgelli in polipropilene caricato a vetro del tipo a semisfera (portata 15 lt\/min da 1  a pi\u00f9 bar), completi di fascette di fissaggio e ghiere filettate.<br \/>\nTermo-resistenza per la rilevazione della temperatura del bagno (PT100).<br \/>\nTermoregolatore elettronico con indicatore digitale scala 0 \u2013 120\u00b0C.<br \/>\nRegolatore livello meccanico a galleggiante.<br \/>\nRegolatore livelli conduttivo a 4 aste.<br \/>\nElettrovalvola per il ripristino del livello della vasca con prelievo di acqua dal bagno di risciacquo successivo.<br \/>\nPredisposizione per attacco acqua da 1\u201d.<br \/>\nTubazione con valvola a sfera per il riempimento della vasca.<br \/>\nOblo di ispezione, saracinesca di scarico, scarico di troppo pieno e coperchi di ispezione.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_gallery _builder_version=&#8221;4.6.5&#8243;
